We start by listening. Before we can begin to idenitify an assessment, a strategy, or ideal outcomes, we need to know what constitutes success and wellbeing for your community.

Once we have begun to understand what wellbeing means for your community, we are more able to help you identify an appropriate wellbeing assessment. In some cases, existing assessments will work best, in others we can help tailor an assessment to your specific community's needs.

Sustainable Wellbeing Measures
Wellbeing is a process, not a destination that can be reached. After selecting an appropriate wellbeing assessment, we are available to help with assessment distribution, analysis of data, and ongoing data collection. We also work to support organizations that are proximate to you in addressing challenges to wellbeing and bolster areas of existing strength.
Customized Surveys
Initial Survey
In order to move toward improved wellbeing, we must first know how your community or organization defines wellbeing for itself. We can help you understand your employees, stakeholders or constituents in a completely unique way.
Pre-Survey
Once your community or organization has identified what wellbeing means to it, we can move toward creating a completely bespoke assessment survey -- validated and reliable -- and completely unique to you. Not only will we create, administer, and collect the survey data, but we will then create a dashboard and narrative for your leadership complete with potential recommendations for wellbeing improvement in the specific areas identified by your community or organization.
Wellbeing Support
While Cadre LLC does not endorse specific programs, we know how to support community and organizational process improvement. We have partners (see below) that have worked successfully with communities and organizations in improving their wellbeing in a variety of ways.
Post-Survey
After your community or organization has identified areas for improvement in wellbeing, and worked through the process of improving wellbeing, we anticipate the opportunity to provide a Post-Assessment. Again, not only will we administer, and collect the survey data, but we will update the dashboard and create a data narrative for your leadership and community to review and celebrate... and plan for future improvement!
